What is your returns policy?We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.

What delivery service do you offer?UK - We dispatch via DPD UK, delivery is typically next working day Monday-Friday (if ordered before 11am - excluding bank holidays).

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

How should I store my Katherine Daniels products?We advise that you keep your products in a cool place away from direct heat and sunlight. Do not let your products freeze. Always keep the lid on when you are not using them.

Are your products tested on animals?No, our products are not tested on animals. As a consequence, our cosmetic products conform to European Cosmetic Regulatory requirements concerning the animal testing ban.
